However, there were reports suggesting that Pakistani actor Fawad Khan will be having a cameo appearance in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, directed by Anees Bazmee, is one of the most awaited releases this year, thanks to its star-studded cast. Adding to the excitement, rumours of Fawad Khan's cameo appearance in the film have further heightened anticipation. However producer Bhushan Kumar has reacted to the rumours in a recent interview. While speaking to the Hindustan Times, Bhushan Kumar addressed the casting rumours and said, "No, this piece of news is false totally."
