Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan, who was rumoured to be suffering from ‘brain cancer’ has now finally opened opened up about the ‘disease’ that he has been suffering from. The actor took to Twitter to say inform fans and well-wishers that he is suffering from Neuroendocrine Tumour. He began with a quote which reads: “Life is under no obligation to give us what we expect. – Margaret Mitchell.” He further went on to add, “The unexpected makes us grow which is what the past few days have been about. Learning that I have been diagnosed with Neuroendcrine Tumour as of now has admittedly been difficult, but the love and strength of those around me and that I found within me has brought me to a place of hope. The journey of this is taking me out of the county and I request everyone to continue sending their wishes. As the rumours that were floated NEURO is not always about the brain and googling is the easiest way to do research. To those who waited for my words, I hope to be back with more stories to tell.”
A couple of weeks back when Irrfan shared a cryptic tweet about the rare disease he is suffering from, he left everyone shocked! After all, it was something totally unexpected! In the tweet, he mentioned that he didn’t want the media or anyone to speculate anything and that he would give more details on it soon. But instead of respecting what he said, some news agencies couldn’t refrain from cashing on the BIG news and went on to spread rumours about his ill-health.
