Irrfan Khan and Deepika Padukone's Next Movie is ON: Vishal Bhardwaj Waits For his Warrior To Return!
We are positive that the Piku actor will definitely emerge as a winner in this battle!
Irrfan Khan's 'rare' disease neuroendocrine tumour has left his fans hoping that he gets well real soon. The actor himself took social media to announce about his battle with the disease. He also revealed that he is flying off for the treatment of the same. This fueled the rumors of his next film with Vishal Bhardwaj, opposite Deepika Padukone getting shelved. However, to the delight of the fans, the director came out to clarify that the film is not at all shelved! The maker confirmed that they are very much doing the movie and will wait for the warrior Irrfan to win the battle against the disease and be back on the sets.
The Haider director tweeted, "Irrfan is a warrior and we know he will conquer this battle. Therefore @deepikapadukone, Prernaa @kriarj and I have decided to reschedule our film and start with renewed energy and celebration when our warrior returns as a winner." Now that's the spirit and we are positive that the Piku actor will definitely emerge as a winner in this battle, with so many of them praying for him!
Earlier, Dr. Saumitra Rawat, HOD, Surgical Gastroenterology & Liver Transplant, Sri Ganga Ram Hospital, talked to ANI, "NeuroEndocrine Tumour is an abnormal growth of Neuroendo cells which are present in bodies. When there is an abnormal growth, then it forms a tumor - Normally seen in intestine, pancreas, lung, thyroid and other parts of the body. It depends on the location of the tumour, its size, and what is its mytotic index. Depending on where the tumour is localized, you can take it out surgically and the chances of cure are very high."
Well, all we can say is that the fans are totally waiting for the Madari actor to be back in the tinsel town to give another brilliant performance! We pray that the star gets back to his hale and hearty self ASAP!
