Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi have been really strong ever since the ill-fated day their mother passed away. Daughters of late actress Sridevi were spotted at the Mumbai International Airport on Saturday (March 10) as they left for the Chennai prayer meet. And now, an inside pic of Janhvi and Khushi is doing the rounds on social media where the daughters are seen getting teary-eyed. It is rather sad and upsetting to see Janhvi and Khushi in this state. After all, they were so close to their mommy, Sridevi. But what’s commendable is that both of them have managed to stay strong throughout. Even their father Boney Kapoor for that matter. In fact, Janhvi even had a mini birthday celebration shortly after her mother passed away. Because that’s what Sridevi too would want – to see her kids and family happy. And they did exactly the same.

Janhvi has already resumed work post the sad demise of her mother. She was recently snapped on the sets of Dhadak, her debut film opposite Ishaan Khatter. The pictures of the shoot were everywhere on social media and people couldn’t help stop talking about how she looked like the splitting image of her mother. The late actress, who was last seen in Mom, was reportedly roped in for Katran Johar’s next, Shuddhi. She died on February 24, 2018 in Dubai reportedly due to accidental drowning.
