War had a tremendous run at the box office and within 9 days of its stay at the theatres, it has managed to become a blockbuster. But the craze for the film isn't restricted to India only. It has managed to overwhelm overseas as well. The film has managed a gross box office total of Rs 320 crore worldwide. The gross box office numbers in India are Rs 286 crore while overseas is 64.5 crore. The India nett of the film is Rs 238.35 crore. The film will soon become Hrithik Roshan's biggest hit as well with the way things are headed. His highest grossing film was Krrish 3 and it's about time he gets a new record. The superhero flick had earned Rs 244.92 crore.

Now the test is to see how War performs in its second week. There aren't any holidays to bolster its pace at the box office. It will decided how much the film will earn by the end of its run at the box office. But if the trending continues, it will manage to amass good collections till Diwali.
