There have been many talks about films inflating numbers. In last few years, the assumptions have only increased. But it's business as usual at the box office with Housefull 4 keeping the Diwali fireworks alive at the theatres. After a lower than expectation opening, the film has only peaked and now it stands at a massive Rs 141.31 crore. It may not be the highest first week for this year but it gets a place right up there just after Bharat. It scored the third highest opening week numbers. Although the film has seen a constant drop in collection post the holidays were over, it has managed to earn double digit number throughout the week. That's a good sign.

Made at a budget of Rs 75 crore, Housefull 4 has managed to recover majority of its cost through its box office numbers. There were many who were casting aspersions on what will be the fate of the film at the box office with so many bad reviews. But guess, audience till have an appetite for such humour.
