At the trailer launch of Kedarnath, the Simmba actress was asked about her box office face-off with Janhvi. She said, "All of us here are doing our job. We are really no one to decide anything. She is amazing. I saw Dhadak, I thought she was fantastic. Everybody loved her work and I hope that people like my work too."

Meanwhile, the trailer of the film has received positive response from the fans. The film is based on the story of a muslim pithoo at Kedarnath temple who falls in love with a Hindu girl and how their lovestory is struck by the floods.
