It is also shared that the official sale deed was registered on June 28 this year. The property, situated on Dattaji Salve Marg, spans 2,131 square feet with a rate of INR 32,848 per square foot. Earlier this year, Sonu Nigam’s father, Agam Kumar Nigam, made headlines by purchasing a property in Mumbai’s upscale Versova for INR 12 crore. Additionally, the 51-year-old singer himself had previously invested in two commercial properties in Andheri, totalling 5,547 square feet, which he bought for INR 11.37 crore in April of the previous year.
