What a move saaar! Who would have thought that Rajinikanth would make his grand presence felt on Facebook and Instagram. Call it a coincidence or a very well thought out political move, the superstar has apparently decided to go full gun blazing after his recent fiery speech at an esteemed educational institute in Chennai grabbed headlines The 67 year old superstar addressed a packed stadium when he was invited unveil the statue of ‘Makkal Thilagam’ MG Ramachandran.
The response he received was incredible and now the Rajini Sir has decided to cash in on the mood and the stir he has generated with his speech where slammed the existing state government. Rajini minced no words when he stated that the ruling government has not exactly lived up to the exprecations and has in reality failed to do its duty. Rajinikanth also announced that he has entered politics to fill the void in Tamil Nadu politics.
It is hardly a coincidence then that Rajinikanth debuted on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram on the close heels of his speech. Thailaivar's Facebook account has garnered over 1 lakh followers. The Instagram account has over 13 thousand followers.
It will be pertinent to note that Rajinikanth joined popular social networking platform Twitter in five years ago, back in 2013 and the page has over 4.58 million followers. The superstar has been quite active on Twitter and now that he has on Facebook and Instagram he is only going to garner more eyeballs and more support in the days to come!
Rajinikanth's next production Kaala starring Huma Qureshi, Eswari Rao and Nana Patekar is all set to release on April 27. Meanwhile, superstar's much awaited 2.0 is expected to release on Diwali this year.
