And it's finally here! We have watched Mouni Roy romance Arjun Bijlani, Karanvir Bohra and a lot of other TV celebs but we'll finally get to see her romance Akshay Kumar in her debut film, Gold. Mouni had announced the song with a still from the song where she was caught in a romantic moment with Akshay. Naino Ne Baandhi is a beautiful song and the video will literally make you all mushy. Akshay does know how to make fans fall in love with him and romance all over again. Mouni plays Akshay's wife, Mrs. Monobina Das, in the movie.

We saw a glimpse of her in Gold's trailer where she was yelling at Khiladi Kumar for dreaming big. Gold is a sports-based period drama which revolves around true events of the time India won a gold medal for Hockey and about a man who dreams of waving the Indian flag for a free India. Sachin-Jigar have composed music for the film so this one had to be good. The film also stars Kunal kapoor, Amit Sadh, Nikita Dutta, Vineet Singh and Sunny Kaushal in important roles. It has been directed by Reema Kagti, who had also directed Aamir Khan - Kareena Kapoor Khan's Talaash.

Beautiful, isn't it? Gold will hit the screens on 15th August 2018 and will be clashing with John Abraham's Satyameva Jayate. Since this is a patriotic film and the first song from the album itself created such magic, we can't wait for the Gold anthem, if the makers have planned one.
