Year’s biggest wedding so far took place with Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja getting hitched on May 8 in Mumbai. After tying the knot in a traditional Sikh ceremony (Anand Karaj) on Tuesday morning, the couple threw a lavish wedding reception in the evening. The star-studded reception saw a plethora of celebrities making their presence felt in stunning avatars. In fact, the names who were missing out from mehandi-sangeet and marriage ceremony attended Sonam-Anand’s reception party. While the married couples Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri, Shahid Kapoor with his pregnant wife Mira Rajput gave couple goals, it was Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt whose pairing became the cynosure of everyone’s eyes. Nevertheless, Brahmastra co-actors were joined in by their director Ayan Mukerji to brush aside the duo’s dating rumours (or did he?).

Coming to our favourite and the most adorable pair at Sonam and Anand’s wedding reception has to be actor Ranveer Singh with his favourite director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The Padmavat filmmaker accompanied Ranveer as his girlfriend, and actress Deepika Padukone is in New York to attend Met Gala 2018.
