A new video of Bollywood couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s new bungalow in Bandra West, Mumbai, has emerged, with Bollywood paparazzo Viral Bhayani posting it on his handle. B-town’s power couple Ranbir and Alia along with their toddler Raha Kapoor are often seen visiting the construction site to oversee the refurbishing of the iconic KrishnaRaj property in Bandra West, Mumbai, belonging to Ranbir’s grandparents Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, and then his parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. The completely renovated property is almost ready to move in, meeting the deadline of Diwali 2024. Reports say that formalities of the paperwork are being finalised. Ranbir Kapoor will be registering the property in the name of his daughter Raha Kapoor, as reported by Financial Express. The report also says that upon completion, Ranbir-Alia’s new bungalow will be worth a whopping INR 250 crore! It will be in the league of Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow Mannat in Bandstand, Bandra West.
Raha Kapoor to Own KrishnaRaj Bungalow and Become Richest Bollywood Star Kid
Raha Kapoor, who will turn 2 in November 2024, will become the richest Bollywood star kid at such a young age if the bungalow is registered in her name apart from her parents. The property will continue to be co-owned by Neetu Kapoor, as per the report. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt currently reside in Vastu apartments at Pali Hill, Bandra West, where they got married and brought home Raha after she was born. If reports are to be believed, the Brahmastra actors own at least four more properties in Mumbai. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor To Celebrate Diwali in Their New Home With Daughter Raha – Reports.
