Salman Khan finally leaves Jodhpur jail, hopefully for the best. The superstar has been granted bail on the surety of Rs 50000 bond, after being sentences for five years by the Jodhpur Court. The sentence was for his involvement in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. After spending two nights in jail, Salman's legal team finally managed to a break and give him the much required bail.
As Salman fans celebrate this decision, Salman Khan has left the jail premises in Jodhpur and is on the way to Mumbai. Accompanied by his trusted Man Friday and bodyguard Shera, Salman Khan has left for Jodhpur airport with tight security provided by the police. He will arrive later in Mumbai to be with his relieved family members and friends, who have already taken to Twitter to share their happiness over the news.

Earlier talking to the media, Amandeep Singh Kapoor, DCP (East) Jodhpur had this to say about the security arrangements for Mr Khan, "Procedure at the jail premises is over. We are arranging security at the airport and security in transit. Once that is done, we will move him."
Talking about the case, a complaint was filed against the actor in 1998 during the shoot of Hum Saath Saath Hain when he went hunting with Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre. Bhai was the only one who shot a Blackbuck, which was an endangered species. The others were acquitted with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- but since Salman was the one who shot the animal, he was sentenced to five years in jail.
