Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee is no more! The former three-time Prime Minister of India passed away in the afternoon of August 16 at the age of 93. He has been unwell for quite some time and has been kept on life support for the past couple of says. His loss has been mourned by the politicians from both ruling and opposition factions, celebrities and commoners alike. Many have called his demise as a huge loss to Indian politics.
The current PM, Narendra Modi had tweeted, "India grieves the demise of our beloved Atal Ji. His passing away marks the end of an era. He lived for the nation and served it assiduously for decades. My thoughts are with his family, BJP Karyakartas and millions of admirers in this hour of sadness. Om Shanti." Following his announcement, many celebs like Rajinikanth, Mohanlal, Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Priyanka Chopra, Dhanush, Pawan Kalyan etc took to Twitter to mourn the loss of Atalji.
