One of the most interesting things about the musical drama, Fanney Khan, is the unusual pairing of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao. Paired up for the first time, we have glimpses of how their Stockholm Syndrome-driven love story turns out. If you are not aware, Stockholm Syndrome is about the situation where a captive finds himself-herself attracted to his/her captor. Fanney Khan has Aishwarya Rai Bachchan play a popular rock star who gets kidnapped by Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's characters, and who finds herself falling in love with Rao's character.

The second song from Fanney Khan, "Halka Halka", is dedicated to this love story. Aishwarya Rai's singer croons about stirrings of love. We see how a mesmerised Rao is trying to calm down the kidnapped Rai, and try to keep her happy with his cute antics. Anil Kapoor as the titular Fanney Khan is absent from the proceedings. "Halka Halka" is composed by Amit Trivedi, and is sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Divya Kumar. The lyrics are written by Irshad Kamil.

Fanney Khan is directed by Atul Manjrekar and is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Anil Kapoor, PS Bharathi, Rajiv Tandon, Krishan Kumar, Kussum Arora and Nishant Pitti. The movie has generated enough buzz thanks to the starcast, the unusual theme, and the father-daughter relationship. Fanney Khan is scheduled to release on August 3.
