The makers of Dream Girl have released three songs earlier “Radhe Radhe”, “Dil Ka Telephone” and “Dhagala Lagali”. All the three songs have been a hit, and here is another track titled “Ik Mulaqaat”. Featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha, this romantic song is all about their first date. When a couple goes on a first date, they can feel the butterflies in the stomach and that is something beautifully captured even in this song from Dream Girl. Lokesh and Dolly are seen walking through the colourful streets, enjoying street food, but still the former’s shyness to be with the girl he likes is clearly visible. This is something commonly seen amongst every lovebirds. "Ik Mulaqaat" is crooned by Altamash Faridi and Palak Muchhal.

Dream Girl is directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, produced under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures. Ayushmann Khurrana’s role as a ‘dream girl’ named Pooja has been lauded by the audience and the movie buffs are eagerly waiting to watch it on the big screens. Talking about casting Ayushmann, director Shaandilyaa had stated, “While writing only we had thought of him for Dream Girl. Badhaai Ho and Aandhadhun had not released when I had sent a message to Ayushmann, asking for narration. He heard it and said yes immediately.” Dream Girl is all set to be released on September 13.
