Dream Girl, which grossed Rs 10.05 crore on its first day, has become Ayushmann's biggest opener (in terms of ticket sales) till date. Ayushmann Khurrana’s quirky comedy Dream Girl has collected Rs 86.60 crore in two weeks and is expected to cross Rs 100-crore mark in its third week. Well, going by the box office figures, it is certain that the film will cross Rs 100-crore mark and when it does, Dream Girl will be the second film in Ayushmann's career to have crossed the coveted mark.

Earlier today, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to the micro-blogging site (Twitter) to share the total box office collections. He wrote on Twitter, "#DreamGirl jumps again on [second] Sat... Is racing towards ₹ 100 cr mark... Will be #AyushmannKhurrana's second century, after #BadhaaiHo... [Week 2] Fri 5.30 cr, Sat 9.10 cr. Total: ₹ 86.60 cr. #India biz. HIT." Talking about the movie, our in-house film critic Sreeju Sudhakaran wrote in his review, "Dream Girl becomes what it promises to be - a hilarious entertainer, and perhaps, the funniest Bollywood film in recent times.
