The debacle of Race 3 has had a bad effect on Remo D'Souza if the latest report is to be believed. Sure, the film already received scathing remarks from critics and even fans (that's news!) but mostly, it has upset Salman Khan tremendously. So much that he has allegedly sacked Remo D'Souza from the director's chair for the fourth instalment of Race!

As per a report on Bollywood Hungama, apparently, Remo's comments have worked against him. He had stated earlier after the audience dissed Race 3, that his comments regarding the film weren't taken into account and he was also left to work around the edges of the script without getting to run the show. This comment, obviously, hasn't gone down well with Salman. Industry insiders stated that Salman ghost directed Race 3.

The source told Bollywood Hungama, “Remo was constantly ‘directed’ by Salman Khan during the shooting of Race 3. In fact, the entire cast including Anil Kapoor took directions from Salman. Remo could feel the project going out of control. But there was nothing he could do about it. When Salman Khan takes charge you either comply or you leave.” We wonder who will take on the responsibility to work with Khan for the fourth part.

This is not the first time filmmakers have allegedly called out Salman Khan only to be met with the same fate. Right after the poor reception of Tubelight, even Kabir Khan was slammed by Salman Khan, who eventually stated that they would never work together. This makes us wonder if the dance film Salman and Remo were to do would see the light of the day.
