On June 16, Virat Kohli posted a video that showed him recording a video from his car where his better half, Anushka Sharma, sitting beside him, is seen shouting at the car driving next to her. The reason - the man in the car was littering plastic on the road, and Anushka couldn't have any of it! Her actions were immediately appreciated by the who's who in Bollywood, like Karan Johar, who lauded her for giving a piece of mind to those who are littering the country. Even the people in power also appreciated the video, as they felt her actions aligned to 'Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan'.

However, not many on Twitter were happy with Anushka Sharma giving an earful to an offender (oh yes, he is). Some of them even went out to remind them that with this video, they have also broken traffic rules in the process. Like, Anushka Sharma was not wearing a seat-belt. And that Virat Kohli was using his mobile phone while driving to record the video. Check out the tweets below -

But have they really broken any traffic rules? For that we have to go back to the original video that Virat had posted.

As you can see, the car is stationary when Virat was filming the video and Anushka beckoned the other car. So why was there a need to wear a seatbelt in such situation? Also this looks like they were sitting in the backseat of the car, so Virat was not even driving! Even if he was sitting in the front, he is not steering so Virat is perfectly fine to take a video. So unless they were parked in a No Parking zone or something, we don't think Virat and Anushka have broken any rules.

So yeah people, when someone has the guts to call out on something that's going wrong, stop trolling them when you don't have the guts to do so yourself!
