Deepika Padukone to Romance Ajay Devgn Instead of Ex Ranbir Kapoor in Luv Ranjan's Next?

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone-reunion is like one of the most awaited Bollywood reunions. The two had a bitter break up but they eventually moved on to be thick friends. They even went on to do films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Tamasha. Now, the duo with crackling chemistry is reportedly back with Luv Ranjan’s next. Yes, there was controversy surrounding DP’s involvement in this project, after Luv was termed as #MeToo accused person. However, seems like not much has changed and Deepika will continue to be part of this film. Interestingly, she might not romance RK but another male lead, Ajay Devgn in it. If we go by the reports in Bollywood Hungama, the actress is very much keen to be a part of this project. A source told the tabloid, “All the three leads players are Ranjan’s first choices. There was never any dithering. The uncertainty was only in the media’s mind. Ajay Devgn, Ranbir Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone loved their roles from the start.”

It all started when DP was seen at Ranjan’s office. Her fans started trending things like #NotMyDeepika on Twitter. They requested her to discontinue her association with him. When she was asked at an event whether she will work with a person accused of sexual harassment, she said that she would not. However, looks like DP is in no mood to let go off the project as of now.
