Talking about this track Salman Khan’s stylist Ashley Rebello told ETimes, “The song is recreating "Munni Badnaam Hui" but from Salman Khan’s (Chulbul Pandey) point of view. We wanted to do something different as we had a different girl on board this time. It is Warina Hussain. "Munna Badnaam" will live up to "Munni Badnaam" and will go beyond that. It is one step ahead.
