Dabangg 3 starts off with a long fight sequence that reminds us of the charm and charisma of Chulbul Pandey. We are reintroduced to the brand that is Dabangg. There are dirty jokes galore in the first half. Salman's Chulbul is the new SP of the town called Tundla. The first 30 minutes are only limited to establishing the new well-adjusted life of Chulbul with his wife Rajjo (Sonakshi Sinha) and family with a series of unrelated sequences. And then, we jump into action as Balli played by Kiccha Sudeep is introduced. The story then switches to flashback and tells us the story before Dabangg. Saiee Manjrekar makes her debut. The movie gets a motive with the cynical intentions of Balli. Sonakshi Sinha’s Style File for Dabangg 3 Promotions was a Delightful Affair with Some Whimsical Choices (View Pics).

In the first half of Dabangg 3, there are some funny scenes. There are many callbacks to the first two films. There is even a callback to Hello Brother. We get the origin stories for many aspects of Chulbul's life. Three songs, several deaths, and so many jokes, later we are entering the second half. The stakes are high. Dabangg 3 Song Hud Hud Gets Edited After A Religious Group Raised Objections Against Certain Scenes.

There is enough entertainment in the first half to keep the Salman Khan fans entertained. There are enough jokes to make them laugh. And enough action sequences to make them whistle. There are enough scenes to make serious film critics cringe. But this is Dabangg 3 we are talking about. Let us see how the built-up pays off in the second half.
