Dabangg 3: 'Chulbul Is Back' Says Salman Khan Sharing a New Poster Announcing the Film's Release Date
Salman Khan shares a brand new poster of Dabangg 3 and confirms that the film will be releasing on December 20 this year.
After we saw Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha's first looks from the film, a new poster of Dabangg 3 was shared by Salman Khan today. The poster features Salman's famed character, Chulbul Pandey's police uniform with the badge reading his name. The film recently went into production and while there was a lot of talk surrounding its release date, the new poster now confirms the same. Dabangg 3 is all set to release on December 20 this year. This is the third installment of the Dabangg franchise that featured Salman in the role of a notorious cop Robinhood traits. Actress Sonakshi Sinha who made her Bollywood debut with the film's first installment will be reprising her role of Rajjo for Dabangg 3 too. Sharing the poster on his social media, Salman Khan wrote, "Chulbul is back". The film's first look featured him sporting his signature Chulbul Pandey look with the mustache. We have already seen numerous pictures and videos from the sets of the film and it looks like the third film may turn out to be as successful as the first two. Dabangg 3 is being helmed by Prabhudheva. The shooting of Dabangg 3 began in Madhya Pradesh, in fact, a video of Salman dancing to the title track of the film had also gone viral. In the video, Salman was seen in a casual formal shirt and denim instead of his cop uniform. The track was easily audible and is reportedly called "Azaad Parinda."
Since the release date of Dabangg 3 has now been confirmed, it looks like the film will be clashing with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra which is also slated for a December 20 release. Although recent reports suggest that Ranbir has moved the release date of his film to avoid the big box office clash.
