For the very first time, actors Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan will share the screen space for a flick titled Coolie No 1. The two fabulous stars will be stepping into the shoes of Govinda and Karisma Kapoor for the remake of their 1995 comedy film. The movie’s first shooting schedule was extensively shot in Bangkok and the second leg is currently shot in Mumbai. Now, it so happened that on Tuesday (September 23) Varun teased his fans with a boomerang video from the sets of the film and it’s a fun one. Varun Dhawan Introduces His Coolie No 1 Character Kuwar Mahinder Pratap With a Hilarious Video and We Can’t Stop Laughing!

As seen in the clip, Varun and Sara are seen revisiting their childhood days as the latter sits on a swing and her co-actor Varun gives her a push. Both the stars look happy to the t is the video. Well, going by the clip all we can say is team Coolie No 1 is having a gala time on the sets. Varun captioned the post as, “fun in the sun @saraalikhan95 Coolie no1.” Must say, both the lead stars are quite active on social media and also share a lot of photos and videos from the sets.

Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan's Coolie No 1 will be helmed by Varun's father and filmmaker David Dhawan, who had also directed the original film Coolie No 1 starring Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in lead roles. Bankrolled by Vashu Bhagnani, the film, which is scheduled to hit the theatres on May 1, 2020, will be quite an entertaining treat as David and Vashu have reunited for a timeless comedy after 25 years.
