Budget
Chhichhore is reportedly made on a budget of Rs 70 crore (including marketing costs). The movie has to earn more than Rs 90 crore to be hailed a hit.
Box Office Prediction
Sushant Singh Rajput is not exactly going through a great phase in career, with his last film, Sonchiriya, tanking badly. Shraddha Kapoor might have score a biggie in Saaho, but the movie's driving force was Prabhas. The publicity drive for Chhichhore has been more of a mixed bag. At the box office, we expect the movie to take off on a slow but decent start with an opening weekend collection of about Rs 20 crore at best. With heavy competition from last week's Saaho and this week's Hollywood release, It Chapter 2, Chhichhore will have a hard time to sustain.
