Chhichhore Box Office Collection: Sushant Singh Rajput-Shraddha Kapoor Starrer Mints Rs 8.10 Crore on Day 4

Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor’s film Chhichhore was a nostalgic ride. It had a perfect blend of humour, romance and heartfelt moments. From reminiscing college days to parting ways after it and then reuniting once again, this film was totally relatable to many. The film was lauded by critics and fans. Despite opening to positive responses, Chhichhore failed to maintain strong record in terms of box office collection.

It has been four days since Chhichhore has been released and until September 9 it has managed to collect Rs 44.08 crore in India. On September 9 the Nitesh Tiwari directorial raked in Rs 8.10 crore, which was comparatively better than the opening day collection. The highest collection was on Sunday; Chhichhore garnered Rs 12.25 crore on September 8. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#Chhichhore is rocking... Day 4 [Mon] is 10.66% higher than Day 1 [Fri], despite *lower ticket rates* on weekdays... A rarity in today’s times... Biz at major centers/multiplexes is fantastic... Fri 7.32 cr, Sat 12.25 cr, Sun 16.41 cr, Mon 8.10 cr.
