While Deepika Padukone got emotional while unveiling the trailer of her January release, Chhapaak, seems like Kangana Ranaut's sister, Rangoli Chandel too is mighty impressed with its final product. The busy actress' darling sister, who's otherwise expressing her anger and ridiculing Bollywood's obsession with nepotism was, in fact, praying for Chhapaak to work at the ticket windows. She was coming in from a good place and being a victim of acid attack abuse herself, she could relate to the trailer on so many levels. Chhapaak Trailer: Deepika Padukone's 'Malti' Leaves Everyone Inspired, Strikes an Emotional Chord With Fans.

"Meghna and Deepika will earn a lot of tears from this film, what my family and I went through along with the prejudice we faced was worse than death... story of an acid attack survivor need to reach this nation, praying that it works," she tweeted while extending her gratitude and support to Deepika's Chhapaak. We agree with Rangoli when she called the trailer 'amazing'. It was emotional but inspiring at the same time. Chhapaak Trailer: Sticks, Stones, Words or Acid, Deepika Padukone's Malti Won't Break in This Powerful Film (Watch Video).

Deepika is returning to the silver screen after a gap of almost two years - her last release being Bhansali's Padmaavat in 2018. Chhapaak will hit the screens on January 10, 2020, and clash with Ajay Devgn's Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.
