Captain Marvel Box Office Collection Day 10: Brie Larson's Superhero Film Is Heading Towards Rs 100 Crore Club, Grosses Rs 84.22 Crore
Hollywood release Captain Marvel gathers momentum at the Indian box office after witnessing a slight dip during weekdays.
Hollywood superhero film Captain Marvel is holding up well at the ticket windows in India despite some competition. The Brie Larson starrer arrived in theatres on March 8 along with Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu's crime thriller Badla. And surprisingly both the films got cash registers ringing despite clashing at the BO. While Sujoy Ghosh's directorial venture started off on a slow note, Captain Marvel took a massive opening and is now on its way to entering Rs 100 crore club. Considering the huge fan following that Marvel universe has in India, it's not surprising that the film has performed so well at the ticket windows. After witnessing a dip in its collection, Captain Marvel has managed to pick up the pace and is currently faring very well at the domestic box office. If the film continues its good run then it will certainly end its theatrical run in India only after surpassing the Rs 100 crore mark.
