All this while we were under the impression it was none other than Salman Khan who pulled the trigger of the gun in the blackbuck poaching case. However, there is another twist now. Apparently, it wasn't Salman Khan but someone among Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Neelam Kothari and Saif Ali Khan who killed the blackbucks. Nope, we aren't saying this but Simi Garewal is. According to her latest tweet, Salman has been protecting this person all this while having taken the blame of killing the blackbucks on himself. "Of one thing I am dead sure..@BeingSalmanKhan would NEVER EVER harm any animal. He loves them too much. The real culprit should be exposed. 20 years is too long to bear someone else's cross..," reads simi's tweet. Check it out here:
Now that's a shocking revelation of sorts. If this is true, we wonder who is she hinting at?
We had earlier presented to you an old video of Salman's good friend Shah Rukh Khan where he was seen defending Bhai. It is an excerpt of an interview, where he was asked about Salman Khan's legal hassles and this is what he said: "Sometimes I believe there are a lot of advantages of being a movie star but there's also a lot of negativity. I think one of the negatives of being a celebrity is that you get judged even before your crime is proved. This has happened time and again with Salman. I think by virtue of the impression that stardom that has given to people, they think they can say anything about the stars. That I think is wrong,"
Salman Khan has had a rough week earlier when he was finally convicted in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case by the Jodhpur court. As his co-accused - Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Saif Ali Khan - walked free, the court sentenced Salman Khan to five years jail sentence. After spending two nights in the Jodhpur jail, Salman Khan finally got bail and he is back home. Many of his friends in Bollywood visited his family when he was in jail and also when he returned home, like Varun Dhawan, Katrina Kaif, Daisy Shah, and others.
