We expected the teaser to come out on January 26, that is the Republic Day, living upto the title of the film. Instead, Salman Khan gave us the first promo of the much anticipated Bharat a day before as a surprise treat for all his fans. Like the Korean film, the teaser of Bharat promises us that it will also be a life-defining journey for the hero that he begins with the partition of the country. Like his country, he has a name that is bereft of any caste, religion or creed. We also get to see various looks of Salman, as a miner, a circus artist, a navy officer, an ageing boxer and so on. Katrina Kaif, or rather her hair, is seen in the below scene with an aged Salman Khan.

As for Sunil Grover, he is seen in the scene where Salman is seen boxing a punching bag (perhaps as a tribute to Sultan).

Apart from Salman, Katrina and Sunil, Bharat also has Jackie Shroff, Tabu, and Disha Patani in the cast. Varun Dhawan is reportedly having a cameo in the film. Salman Khan and his brother-in-law, actor Atul Agnihotri are producing this film, that marks Bhai's third collaboration with Zafar after Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai.
