Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's Eid release Bharat has been the talk of the town for the longest time. After creating tremendous buzz and excitement amongst the masses, the film finally arrived in theatres with a bang on June 5. Though the period drama opened to mixed reviews, Ali Abbas Zafar's directorial venture still took a huge opening at the Indian box office. In fact, it became the biggest opener of 2019 by collecting Rs 42.30 crore. But the film slowed down after raking in big moolah initially. At the moment, Bharat has surpassed the Rs 200 crore mark at the domestic box office. Bharat Box Office Collection Day 14: Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Disha Patani's Film Finally Surpasses the Rs 200 Crore Mark, Earns Rs 201.86 Crore

But the bigger news is that Salman starrer has now grossed over Rs 300 crore at the worldwide box office. As per trade portal BollywoodHungama, Bharat has grossed Rs 240.31 crore in India whereas, from the overseas territories, the movie has grossed Rs 63.41 crore. This means the worldwide gross figure of Khan's Eid release stands at Rs 303.73 crore which is impressive.

Further, talking about overseas performance, a report in Boxofficeindia has pointed out, "Gully Boy is the top grosser and the only film to cross $10 million with a huge performance in US / Canada where it has done more than 50% of its business. Bharat could join it and might even become the top film but it still will not be a good performance as it will be a lower number than Race 3 which released on Eid last year and did $13.50 million."  Bharat Box Office Collection Day 13: Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's Latest Offering Does Below Average Business on Second Monday

"The film will easily be the top grosser in Gulf this year doing double the business of any other release but still the business in Gulf is not what it should be." While Bharat has done good business so far at the domestic and the worldwide box office, it still hasn't turned out to be a huge blockbuster and that's the sad part.
