Ajay Devgn's father Veeru Devgan passed away in Mumbai today morning (May 27). Veeru Devgan was known as one of the most renowned Bollywood action choreographers. His loss has come as a shock to everyone and Bollywood celebrities are already paying their last respects to the veteran filmmaker as they are visiting Ajay Devgn's residence. Veeru Devgan's funeral will take place at 6 pm at Mumbai's Vile Parle West crematorium. As per reports, he was admitted to Surya Hospital in Santacruz and breathed his last there.

Several Bollywood celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and others visited his residence to offer their condolences as soon as they heard about the sad demise of Veeru Devgn.

Veeru Devgan choreographed stunts in over 150 films and has some major credits to his name. He even made his directorial debut with 1999 film Hindustan Ki Kasam which starred his son Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles. Celebrities are now mourning his loss by conveying their condolences to the family via Twitter too.
