Like we all know the movie throws light upon a social issue and the makers have very easily summed the issue in this newly released track without making it sound too preachy. Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor have shared a great chemistry in their previous movie together, Haider, and in Batti Gul Meter Chalu too, they compliment each other pretty well.
The voice of Mika Singh ads the much-needed punch to the song. The lyrics are quirky and the beats are energetic. Hard Hard from Batti Gul Meter Chalu is Sachet Tandon and Prakriti Kakar. Batti Gul Meter Chalu is directed by Shree Narayan Singh, known for making last year's hit, the Akshay Kumar-starrer Toilet-Ek Prem Katha. The movie also stars Yami Gautam, Divyendu Sharma, Sudhir Mishra, Supriya Pilgaonkar and Farida Jalal. The movie is all set to release on September 21.
