The handsome actor’s next, that was all set to release on February 22 has been pushed to March 15. The film is Barun’s third venture in Bollywood and the viewers will get to see him in the role of a sports agent. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that the film has been delayed. The trailer of the film was dropped two years ago, but due to many factors, there was no development on its release until now. Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2: Barun Sobti to Play the Role of Mr Bajaj Opposite Erica Fernandes?
And just when the actor announced that his film would release on February 22, news has it that it will now have a solo release on March 15.
We got in touch with director Mitali Ghoshal who confirmed the new release date and told us, "It is not that big a reason and it happens with most films. We pushed 22 Yards back to get the proper number of screens and shows, keeping all other factors in mind. Also, after the trailer release, we've gotten a tremendously positive response and love and hence, wanted to give the film a perfect release and make the film available to more viewers.”
And for all those who have really missed watching Barun on screen, his runaway success Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon is re-airing on television and he also has two web-series in line for release.
