Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu are playing the lead roles in Sujoy Ghosh's Badla. The last time we had these two stars in a movie, the result was the hard-hitting legal drama, PINK. Like PINK, Amitabh Bachchan once again plays a lawyer out to defend Taapsee Pannu's character from a legal bother, but only if he is convinced by her story. Well, that's what the trailer of Badla told us. So the trailer of Badla has Taapsee Pannu's character who is accused of murdering her lover while on a secret getaway. However, the accused, who is already married, denies having done so to Amitabh Bachchan's Badal Gupta. She claims that she has been knocked down unconscious by a third person in the room, who has allegedly killed the lover. Badal try to figure out how much she is telling is true and how much is false.

Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment is one of the producers involved in Badla. The movie is all set to release on March 8.
