Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu's latest offering Badla is going rock steady at the ticket windows. The film, which arrived in theatres on March 8, has been enjoying a dream run at the Indian box office since day 1. Though the film started off on a slow note, it soon gathered momentum and got cash registers ringing at the BO. In fact, the film has already surpassed the lifetime collection of Pink and 102 Not Out which is mighty impressive. With hardly any tough competition at the ticket windows, it won't be long before Badla reaches the Rs 100 crore mark in India. Badla Box Office Collection Day 14: Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu's Film Surpasses the Lifetime Collection of Pink, Grosses Rs 79.44 Crore.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to the popular microblogging site Twitter a while back and revealed the updated figures saying, "#Badla is rock-steady... Will cross ₹ 75 cr in Weekend 3... [Week 3] Fri 2.07 cr. Total: ₹ 69.39 cr. India biz. Gross BOC: ₹ 81.88 cr."

Further, trade portal Boxofficeindia.com reported, "Badla held up very well on its third Friday as it collected in the 1.75-2 crore nett range. The film will now easily cross the 80 crore nett mark and could even go to 90 crore nett as its held up well against the major competition in its way. It will cross the business of a similar film Andhadhun but that is probably because this film had some face value with Amitabh Bachchan while that film was a non-cast film." Badla Box Office Collection Day 11: Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu Starrer Set to Surpass Lifetime Collection of Pink, Grosses Rs 70.52 Crore.

Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, Badla is produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. The film also stars Amrita Singh, Manav Kaul and Tanveer Ghani in important roles. Also, Malayalam actor Tony Luke has made his big Bollywood debut with this crime thriller which is inspired by the Spanish film The Invisible Guest.
