Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra's Badhaai Ho continues to show tremendous growth at the box office. The film has minted Rs 11.67 crore on day 2. That clearly means there has been a growth of a whopping 60 percent in the box office numbers in comparison to day 1. Badhaai Ho, who also stars Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao is about a man who finds out that his parents are about to have a second child and that makes his embarrassed as hell. The film kicked off on a great start as it collected Rs 7. 29 crore on day 1. Ayushmann Khurrana's Badhaai Ho BEATS Arjun Kapoor's Namaste England at The Box Office On Day 1.

Badhaai Ho released along with Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra's Namaste England which was a disaster at the box office. The day 1 figures of the movie were somewhere between Rs 1.50-1-75 crore. While fans were excited to see Arjun adn Pari together after a gap of six years, the story of Namaste England maybe wasn't as gripping. Anyway, talking about Badhaai Ho, LatestLY movie reviewer Sreeju Sudhakarn gave the film four stars and had this to say about the film: "Badhaai Ho may present itself as a funny movie, but it will sneakily touch your hearts with some genuine well-directed emotional moments.
