Confirming the same, producer Dinesh Vijan told, "Yami has never played a role like this and that’s why she’s a perfect choice! This is our second association after Badlapur and I’m happy she’s part of the team again. Without revealing too much, let me just say that our Lucknow ki supermodel, is going to break some hearts and you’re not going to mind!”

As much as fans will be thrilled to watch this pair and their crackling chemistry again, there is also Ayushmann-Bhumi's angle here. The duo has done two successful movies viz. Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015) and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan (2017). In this, she will be playing a small-town, dusky girl. On the other hand, Ayushmann will be seen as a person who is getting bald prematurely. Looks like one hell of an interesting cast and one beautiful story is in store for the fans.
