Expect Ayushmann Khurrana to take up out-of-the-box roles. At this point, it'd be news if the actor took up a movie where he played the quintessential Bollywood hero. The actor's next project, too, is something that will be talked about for its uniqueness. Ayushmann will be seen in and as Dream Girl next. So far Bollywood has only known Hema Malini as the 'dream girl', and one would think Deepika Padukone or Priyanka Chopra would be the ones contesting for the tag. But Ayushmann in the running for it, is a bit amusing. Revealing details of his role to Bollywood Hungama, Ayushmann quenched the curiosity of fans who wondered what Dream Girl is going to be all about.

Ayushmann said, "Dream Girl is really unique, really interesting because I get to wear a saree in the film. It’s about a guy who plays Sita in Ram Leela,"

He added, "Traditionally, in our country, we have all seen guys playing Sita, so I’m one of those. He has the unique talent of taking out voices of both male and female. It’s like a full-on commercial film,"

Now, that is making us look forward to the film all the more. Dream Girl will also feature Nushrat Bharucha in lead role.

Ayushmann was seen in two hit movies in 2018 - Andhadhun and Badhaai Ho. While Badhaai Ho excelled more in terms of the money it earned, Andhadhun was the more critically acclaimed venture for the actor. We are eagerly waiting to see what Dream Girl will do for Ayushmann's career.
