Ayushmann Khurrana's wife Tahira Kashyap had been suffering from breast cancer all this while, until she got rid of it the a few weeks back. Tahira is now all hail and hearty and in the pink of health and we cannot stop admiring her for her strong spirit and positive attitude for dealing with cancer like a boss. You'd be shocked to know, that all this while, Tahira was wearing hair extensions! Sharing her bald pic on Instagram, she said, "Hello world! That’s a new me with the old self! Was getting tired of the extensions, so this is how it is and it’s so liberating in every sense of the word, so much so that I don’t have to duck the shower while bathing or while picking up the soap! I never thought I had go bald, was stretching my time with the good ol’ cap for too long. But this feels so good". After seeing this pic all that we can say is we are so in awe of her. We loved how she handled everything and kudos to Ayushmann for standing by her side like a rock! After Tahira shared the pic, Ayushmann was quick enough to comment on the pic calling his wifey a "hottie"! It's Indeed a Happy New Year for Tahira Kashyap and Ayushmann Khurrana as She Undergoes Her Last and Final Chemotherapy Session.

Tahira had earlier revealed that she was undergoing chemotherapy sessions while her treatment was still on. Earlier in an interview with IANS, Ayushmann had revealed how this year was nothing short of a roller coaster ride for him. He had said, "I had two back-to-back films coming and I was going through a professional high and I was wondering life is so beautiful and suddenly this happened, so it is a great leveller. Life is a great leveller," he said. "I was giving her my time, of course. In the morning I was promoting my films, in the nights I was with her in the hospital... It is not easy," he added. Anyway, we are happy that Tahira is finally feeling way better and doing better. More power to you, Tahira!
