Salman Khan has had a rough week earlier when he was finally convicted in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case by the Jodhpur court. As his co-accused - Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Saif Ali Khan - walked free, the court sentenced Salman Khan to five years jail sentence. After spending two nights in the Jodhpur jail, Salman  Khan finally got bail and he is back home. Many of his friends in Bollywood visited his family when he was in jail and also when he returned home, like Varun Dhawan, Katrina Kaif, Daisy Shah, and others.

But certain fans were asking one things - why was his two good friends, Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan silent over the whole matter? We don't know the reason for their silence, maybe they though the matter was too complicated, considering the legal implications, and whatever they will say will be minutely scrutinised.

But we have an old video of Shah Rukh Khan, that is going viral now. it is an excerpt of an interview, where he was asked about Salman Khan's legal hassles. This is what Shah Rukh Khan has to say, "Sometimes I believe there are a lot of advantages of being a movie star but there's also a lot of negativity. I think one of the negatives of being a celebrity is that you get judged even before your crime is proved. This has happened time and again with Salman. I think by virtue of the impression that stardom that has given to people, they think they can say anything about the stars. That I think is wrong,"

He, however, clarified that his opinion was more on a personal level and not his take on the judicial system. "I'm nobody and genuinely not someone who can comment on what the law is, we all respect it. But somewhere at a personal level, one feels and wishes all this did not happen to Salman."

Last year Shah Rukh Khan was seen in a cameo appearance in Salman Khan's Tubelight. Salman Khan returns the favour by doing a special song in Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming movie, Zero.
