Armaan Kohli sure knows how to make headlines for all the wrong reasons. If abusing his girlfriends wasn't enough, the actor is now taken into custody for storing 41 bottles of whiskey. Yes, it's a crime since no person can possess more than 12 units (bottles) of hard liquor such as Scotch whisky and rum, for a month. The excise department arrested this Prem Ratan Dhan Payo actor on Thursday from his Juhu residence for possessing 41 bottles of whiskey, most of which were bought abroad. Senior excise officials said other than the 41 Scotch bottles, he had 35 bottles of Scotch that had been consumed at his private parties. Under section 63(E) of Bombay Liquor Prohibition Act, 1949, the actor could be jailed for up to three years, with a fine to be decided by the court, if found guilty.

Recently Armaan was in news for physically abusing a fashion designer who was also his girlfriend. In her interaction with SpotboyE.com, Nadia revealed the details of the incidents and said, "Well, I have lodged an FIR against 3 people- Armaan, his friend Dilip Rajput and his servant Nitin. Armaan and Rajput made some unreasonable demands to me and I had no option but to complaint. Armaan and Rajput had taken Rs 50 lakh from me, and they refused to return. When I insisted that I need my money back, they started threatening me and even hurt me physically." She also asserted that she has travelled abroad with the actor and his friend.
