Arjun Patiala starring the Punjabi heartthrob Diljit Dosanjh gets a new release date and will now hit the theatres on July 19. The Punjabi star has made his way to audiences heart with his Bollywood debut in 2016’s controversial film Udta Punjab and since then, the actor has remained unstoppable owing to his consistently good performances. Talking about the new release date, the movie will clash with Karan Deol's debut film titled, Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, which also releases on July 19. Film critic Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle to share the new release date of Arjun Patiala. He wrote, “New release date for #ArjunPatiala... Will now release on 19 July 2019... Stars Diljit Dosanjh, Kriti Sanon and Varun Sharma... Directed by Rohit Jugraj... Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Dinesh Vijan and Sandeep Leyzell.”

The release of Arjun Patiala had been postponed several times. Arjun Patiala, directed by Rohit Jugraj, was earlier supposed to come out on September 13, 2018, before its postponement to next year. While there was no big competition for the film on the previous date, Avengers Endgame is coming out a week ahead on April 26. Considering that Avengers Infinity War earned more than Rs 200 crore at the Indian box office, expectations are high on this one to do better. Also on May 10, Karan Johar is bringing out Student of the Year 2, starring Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday, and Tara Sutaria. Hence, the decision to once again shift the release date becomes obvious.

Whatever may be the reason, we wish luck to both the films - Arjun Patiala and Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas - to do well on box-office and audience’s hearts alike!
