Arjun Kapoor is someone who is always active on social media, trolling his fellow Bollywood colleagues, while also engaging with fans on Twitter and Instagram. He is also not someone who would take insults from random fans lying down, and even come in defence of his family at times. Remember that one occasion when he pulled up a news website who mocked his half-sister Jahnvi Kapoor's dressing sense? Well, don't take panga with Arjun Kapoor, because he reads every damn tweet on him and his family, it seems! A troll found it the hard way when he put up another allegation of how Arjun Kapoor and the rest of the star kids get special treatment thanks to nepotism over strugglers from outside. The troll's reaction was based an article where Arjun Kapoor had revealed in a chat show about how he never wanted to be in acting. He had said, "I never wanted to be an actor. That is where it is different for Rajkummar (Rao) and me. He grew up with an inculcated thought of heading towards a direction. I looked like a basketball so I did not really think about acting." That's the tragedy of our country. He didn't want to but nepotism made him an actor.. N there r many more talented ppl who want to b an actor bt never ever get a chance.Sometimes I feel we r giving HAFTA to iski beti, uska beta, iski sister, uski niece bcoz we don't have choice

To which Arjun Kapoor replied -
Hey Prateek u always have a choice. U can choose to not watch a film. Also we as actors don’t hold anyone at gunpoint forcing u to watch our work. We work hard put our film out there for all of u some work some don’t we accept the audience judgement & strive to entertain always. https://t.co/1UnF1tMJam

This is a very sensible reply to those if you feel Bollywood is nepotistic. As long as there is demand, there will be supply. So if you really don't want to see star kids in a movie, avoid their films. You cannot make a Dhadak a hit and Laila Majnu a disaster when you are so against nepotism. In the end, it is the audience who decides what works, and for them, star kids have caught their fancy!
