While there have been several rumours doing the rounds for the cause of them splitting up, certain reports suggested that Katrina Kaif and Vicky's 'more than just friends' status could have been the reason. It all started when Katrina Kaif quipped on Karan Johar's talk show that she would love to work with Vicky Kaushal next and thought that they would look good together on-screen. Well, looks like filmmakers noticed this too and the duo are being considered for an intense love story. As per reports by Bollywood Hungama, Katrina and Vicky may come together for a love story that will be based around a real-life incident, something like Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput starrer Kedarnath. Ahem! Not much is known about the project as of now since Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are yet to finalise the dates and other details. Well, we are certainly excited to see if this project comes through.

In the meantime, Katrina Kaif will be seen in Bharat opposite Salman Khan. The film is all set to release this June. Vicky, on the other hand, was recently spotted on the sets of his next, the Uddham Singh biopic. The film is being helmed by Shoojit Sircar. The shooting started in London and then moved to Russia.
