Anushka Sharma Slams her Pregnancy Reports, Says She Hates the Clarification Part
Anushka Sharma is missing from the Bollywood scenario since her last release, Zero. The actress is on a much-needed break from the industry and the reason for which is NOT her pregnancy. Recently there were stories about Virat and Anushka expecting their first child but the actress has decided to put an end to it - once and for all.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are barely five months away from celebrating their second wedding anniversary and we bet the duo has some great plans to ring it. Her last release, Zero, failed to perform at the box office, post which, Anushka is yet to make any new announcement. Though her production ventures are going on in full swing, as an actress, she's taking a break for some months and no, it's not for her pregnancy situation. Recently there were rumours about her and Virat Kohli expecting their first child. The same was touted as the reason behind her break from Bollywood. However, that's clearly not the case. Anushka in her recent interaction with Filmfare has clarified that the baby part is definitely untrue and the whole expectation around her pregnancy is crude. “An actress gets married and the next thing they talk about it is, Is she pregnant? When she’s dating it’s like, Shaadi karne wale hai ki nahi? It’s crude. You should allow people to live their life. What’s the need to jump the gun?" she said when asked to react to these stories. Coming to the clarification part, the Sui Dhaaga actress revealed she hates when she's asked to clarify about anything. What irks me is the clarification part. Do I need to clarify? Nahi! But then that’s how it is. Any actress, who gets married... sabke baare mein they’ve said something. Someone could be wearing clothes that are loose. That’s because they’re trendy. But they’re said to be pregnant. It’s like a monkey on your back. You can’t do anything about it. You just ignore it.” she further added. Well, hopefully, she's busy reading the right scripts currently and if all goes well, she may announce her next outing very soon. Again, hopefully.
