Anushka Sharma is one of the most sought-after actresses today in Bollywood. The 29-year-old star was recently seen in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju where she played a role of a biographer. Of course, her performance was hailed! She has also been a hands-on producer and actress over the years, making her a well-known face across the globe. This very fact has helped her grab the opportunity of joining the list of celebs who have their wax statues at Madame Tussauds Singapore. However, it won’t be a regular statue but a ‘talking statue’, reports HT. Anushka will be in fact the first star to get this honour.

“Yes, it’s true that the wax museum is set to unveil an interactive statue of Anushka. Madame Tussauds is extremely selective when it comes to zeroing in on the personalities that gets a unique interactive feature. Thanks to the special figurine, she joins the list of illustrious global icons such as Oprah Winfrey, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lewis Hamilton who also have their interactive sets at the Singapore museum,” an insider told the daily.

The insider also added that the guests will be able to take selfies and one will listen to the Pari actress uttering warm greetings once they pick up a phone adjacent to the statue. There is a lot of demand and popularity of the Anushka in the international space and this development will only attract more audience to the museum, stated Alex Ward, general manager of Madame Tussauds Singapore.

Well, that’s something very interesting for a Bollywood star to bag, isn’t it? Will you visit the museum to talk to the gorgeous diva’s statue? Let us know in the comments section below.
