Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma have been in the industry for quite some time by now. However, it has taken the upcoming Sui Dhaaga: Made in India to pair these two good-looking actors. We also usually don't see them hanging out in party circuits together. So it won't be wrong for us to call them as co-stars rather than friends. However, Anushka and Varun insist that they have been really good friends, and might have even ended up as BFF's. If only it was not for two 'friendship' breakers - Arjun Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor.
In an interview to India Today, both Anushka and Varun told the publication about how Arjun and Ranbir played Narad Munis in their friendship. They said, "There are two actors who stood between us and in the middle of our friendship. One is Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor. They knew we would become friends and change cinema history. They spread rumours about us – that we didn’t like each other and all of that. They came in the path of our true friendship."
Anushka later revealed that she had begun respecting Varun's work after seeing her performance in Badlapur. We really are curious to know what Ranbir and Arjun might have told Varun and Anushka about each other. Of course, it was all in jest known how big pranksters these two are.
Sui Dhaaga: Made in India is scheduled to release on September 28.
