Bollywood’s evergreen-young star Anil Kapoor will be felicitated by the Council of European Chambers of Commerce (CEUCC) in India and European Union delegation. The award comes as a part of the ‘Europe Day’ celebrations on Friday, an official spokesperson stated. According to a media report, the Fanney Khan actor will be present as the chief guest for the celebrations. Every year, May 9 is marked as the formation of the European Union (EU). An official stated, “Anil Kapoor will be felicitated for his decade-long support to promoting the cause of children's rights and his collaboration with the EU and Plan India in their girls' rights endeavours.”

On the work front, Anil Kapoor was last seen in the laughter riot Total Dhamaal, co-starring Madhuri Dixit. The actor will soon be seen in Anees Bazmee’s Pagalpanti and Mohit Suri’s Malang. While Pagalpanti will hit the theatres in 2019, Malang is all set for a 2020 release.
