Andhadhun to Release as 'Piano Player' in China Next Month - New Poster Out!

Sriram Raghavan's 2018 thriller Andhadhun is all set to release in China next month. The film will be released with the title Piano Player in China and now a new poster of the film has been released along with the new title. Starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Tabu in lead roles, the film became one of 2018's most loved films and their performances won a lot of praises from critics as well as audiences. The film will be released in China on April 5 across 5000 screens.

Recently, talking about the film's China release, director Sriram Raghavan said, "I am super thrilled that 'Andhadhun' is releasing in China. Ten years back, on a visit to China, I walked into a Beijing Cafe and was zapped to see Nasir Husain's 'Caravan' playing on a big screen. Dubbed in Chinese except for the songs. I was told the film was the favorite Indian film of that generation. I am curious how the Chinese audience responds to our musical thriller."Tabu to Be Honoured at Indian Film Festival in Los Angeles.

China has been known to be a home for Bollywood film lovers and hence Andhadhun is expected to receive a brilliant response. Previously, films such as Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Dangal etc have performed extremely well. Produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures & Matchbox Pictures, the film also stars Radhika Apte in a key role. After enjoying a good theatrical run, the film is now available for streaming on Netflix India.
